Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and unforgettable travel experience from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to clients' travel queries and provide expert advice.

• Manage bookings and reservations, including issuing of air tickets.

• Coordinate complete travel packages (hotels, transfers, tours) and follow up to ensure all runs smoothly.

• Make courtesy calls or send follow-up messages to clients.

• Maintain well-organised records and filing of travel documents.

Your Profile:

• IATA certified.

• Fluent in both English and French.

• Comfortable using computers and travel booking tools.

• Previous experience in a travel agency or airline is a strong advantage.
