BDO IT Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Training Coordinator who will be reporting to the L&D Executive/ Manager, he/ she will assist in the day to day running of BDO IT Consulting Training Centre and ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management Standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Learning and Development Manager/ Executive to ensure that we abide by the MQA Quality Assurance Framework
- Assist in marketing corporate training.
- Organise training from end to end.
- Liaise with client for registration process and assist them for HRDC G1 and G3 application.
- Coordinate with all external training service providers and stakeholders (Local or International)
- Work in close collaboration with MQA and HRDC
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in the field of Management or related field
- Previous work experience in related field or in a training institution will be an advantage.
