Develop and deliver training to newcomers on ASP .NET, Sitecore, Best Practices, Unit Testing, Architecture

Deliver training to Proximity team in different countries

Coach students from Universities and assess them

Helps in Documentation of Processes for Projects

Preparing teaching materials and do constant research

Making use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing

Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date
