Traineeship - Front of House Department, Voila Hotel (ENL Lifestyle)

Voilà Hotel, a subsidiary of ENL Lifestyle, situated at Bagatelle Mall, is recruiting a Trainee in the Front of House Department. Living in the Plaine Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.

Responsibilities: 

• Attend visitors/guest, deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. 
• Supply information regarding the Hotel to the general public, clients and customers. 
• Process reservations, check-in & check-out of guests as per the set standards.

Qualifications, Profile and Experience: 

• HSC / Bac / International Baccalaureat / Diploma in Hospitality Management 
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, coupled with a high level of integrity 
• Customer service oriented, with good administration skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written. 
• Able to work independently and in team, in a dynamic work environment. 
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Able to work on a shift system, at irregular hours, on week-ends and public holidays
• Living in the Plaines Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.
