Posting Description

As a Trainee, you will provide assistance to several departments, with an excellent customer service in conformity with established policies and procedures to meet customers' needs while safeguarding Bank's assets.

Detailed Description:

• Greet, assist and handle promptly internal and/or external customer queries/requests from end to end in view of providing the best level of service and achieve customer satisfaction;
• Comply with all relevant laws, codes, rules, regulations, procedures and standards of best working practice in order to minimise financial loss and protect the good name and reputation of the MCB Group;
• Live and display the MCB brand and values in all daily activities in order to uphold and further strengthen the MCB brand internally and externally.
• Any other cognate duties

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

 Either

• Higher School Certificate or equivalent

Or

• GCE A-Level + a recognised Diploma in a relevant field

Other Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & French)
• Good interpersonal skills and learning agility
• Strong interest in interacting with customers
• Consistently act in accordance with clear ethics and values
• Availability to start the internship as from the 1st November 2017
