RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform mise-en-place by replacing solied linen, arranging tables and chairs, cleaning and setting cutleries, glasses and plates
Place condiments holders, bread, butter, cutleries, napkins on console for use when required
Receive Micros bons de commande from Head Waiter with instructions on service
Occasionally take orders and operate Infogenesis
Take delivery of dishes from Kitchen and beverages from bar or dispense bar
Serve food, wine and other beverages according to style of service, changing cover when necessary as instructed by Head Waiter and following SOP's
Anticipate guests' needs and attend to provide assistance
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
School Certificate holder
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage
Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to work flexible hours
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both English and French
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES LIVING IN THE UNDER-MENTIONED REGIONS
