Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Receptionist to join our Hotel Spa team which is on a contractual basis for a period of 3 months. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in hospitality and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with spa inquiries, reservations, and scheduling treatments.
• Provide accurate information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.
• Manage the spa’s booking system, ensuring accuracy in appointments.
• Handle phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with therapists and spa staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and inviting state.
• Monitor and restock reception supplies as needed
• Collect feedback to enhance the guest experience and share with the team.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum high school or equivalent; hospitality or wellness training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or reception is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
