Trainee Production Operator

Job Summary : This position is responsible for assisting the factory management in achieving the overall deliverables, while maintaining the factory environment as per HSE guidelines.

Reporting to :
 Executive – Production
Key Responsibilities :
- Controlling and executing machine operations, including starting and stopping the machine,
- Understanding the overall production plan and the contribution by individual machines towards the plan,
- Adhering to and understanding the daily production plan,
- Understanding all machine parameters and assessing their overall impact,
- Controlling the wastage and maintaining stipulated quality standards,
- Performing efficient troubleshooting and minimizing downtime of machine by coordinating with concerned department,
- Developing team members and mentoring junior shop-floor personnel,
- Ensuring strict adherence HSE and quality standards,
Competencies :
- Problem solving, Communication skills, Leadership & Team development skills,
- Knowledge of production process, Know-how of machine parts, Awareness of HSE guidelines,

Qualification:

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical

Employees will be working in a 3 shifts System.
