To assist Lift Engineer in the day to day running of the department.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with contract agreement with regards to installation and maintenance of lift equipment
- Ensure that maintenance and installation works are done according to specifications
- Supervise maintenance and installation workers
- Assist Lift Engineer with the monitoring of site progress and quality of work
- Assist Lift Engineer with a proper monthly maintenance planning and follow-up as per the sector
- Assist in preparing project claims
- Conduct frequent site visits and meeting with client
- Ensure spare parts availability and replenishment
- Produce adequate reports as per request from clients
- Assist Lift Engineer with the monitoring of cost and duration of projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Eligibility for registration with CRPE would be an advantage
Other Requisites:
- Proactive, disciplined, and willing to take challenges
- Capable of working under pressure & being result oriented
- Holder of a valid driving license
