Trainee Engineer

Looking for a dynamic, motivated and flexible person for this position.

Analyze and execute complex information requests with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
Interface with all levels of the organization and external parties in a professional and effective manner
Other administrative support, including supplies, conference room and organizational distribution lists management, and special projects
Reports to a manager in the Engineering management structure
Works in an engineering lab or office environment, performing various technical and administrative assignments often under time schedule pressure, requiring attention to small details having impact on program success
Does not supervise any employees, however, may coordinate efforts with support staff
Gives support/service to project organizations or project engineers at any given point in time
Makes contact with all levels of engineers and project administrators vendors and purchasing agents
Coordinates with other related technical departments as necessary to accomplish work
This is a position of coordination requiring attention to project instructions from engineers
