Trainee Electrical Maintenance Officer

Agriterra is looking for a motivated and dynamic candidate to fulfil the role of Trainee Electrical Maintenance Officer in its Milling unit.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth running of Electrical Machineries
• Plan and implement a maintenance strategy of all machines and equipment in strict compliance with electrical and safety norms
• Daily planning and coordination of workshop activities
• Knowledge in PLC programming
• Design and interpret electrical layout, schematic diagrams, P&IDs and PFDs
• Work in close collaboration with all factory stakeholders to identify and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency of operations
• Implement problem solving and troubleshooting skills to identify potential equipment risks and develop/ implement mitigation plans as needed
• Support the quality management team in achieving 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with the company’s health and safety policy in daily activities
