The Trainee will assist with the digitization and proper archiving of physical files. The trainee will be responsible for scanning documents, ensuring their quality and completeness, and collaborating with the relevant team members to ensure files are accurately archived and stored.

Main Responsibilities
- Scan physical loan files and related documents into the digital filing system.
- Ensure scanned documents are clear, legible, and meet quality standards.
- Liaise with team leader and other team members to ensure proper and timely archiving of digital files.
- Organize scanned files and maintain accurate records to ensure ease of retrieval.
- Assist in managing the transition from physical to digital filing systems.
- Ensure that all files are archived according to company guidelines and data protection regulations.
- Provide support in maintaining a neat and orderly physical filing system for documents not yet scanned.
Key Requirements
- Minimum High School Certificate (HSC).
- Students studying towards degree are also welcome to apply (Business Management, Management, etc.)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and digital file management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
