Trainees will be placed in different operational departments such as Food & Beverages, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Front Office. They will be provided with on the job training for a determined period. After successful completion of traineeship, trainees will be recruited on a permanent basis.
Person Specifications:
1. Good communication skills in at least english and french. A third language will be a definite advantage.
2. Proper grooming standards.
3. At least holding a School Certificate (SC).
4. Pleasant outgoing personality.
5. Willing to learn and move ahead.
6. Willing to integrate a dynamic team and achieve goal.
7. Willing to work odd hours (morning and evening shifts), sundays, public holidays.
8. Able to handle work related pressure.
