Looking for Trade Support Officer to work 24/5 shifts (8:30-17:00 & 16:30-00:00 & 00:00-08:00)
We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Trade Support Officer (24/5 Shift Rotation) to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.
Your role at HFM:
- Monitor the functioning of all trading systems and platforms.
- Monitor our spreads and its competitiveness on a daily basis.
- Assist clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client.
- Monitor the flow of transactions of all HF Markets clients.
- Monitor activity in world markets on a continuous basis.
- Highlight critical markets events that have the potential to considerably move market prices.
- Investigate and resolves client complaints and requests regarding trading.
- Investigate irregular transactions of clients.
- Monitor competitors and their reactions to major market events.
- Create analysis reports related to client trading activity on demand.
- Monitor clients funding methods.
What You Bring:
- University Degree in Economics/Finance/Statistics or similar.
- Must be able to work shifts (Monday – Friday 24 hours on rotation).
- Graduate applications are welcome.
- Fluency in English - an extra language would be considered an advantage.
- Has strong analytical skills and can work under pressure.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
