This role is responsible for providing all calls support for Commercial and Marketing with prospecting deal flow and generate good sales.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Performs calls and proactive communication with clients, customer, lenders, home owners and co-operating real estate agents etc.
- Meet and greet Customer; telephone as physical
- Prospects and follow up with leads and possesses the ability to set appoinments
- Abiliy to maintain and manage a high flow of client and data
- Organise the records and database of client for reports and follow up
- Daily report to cordinator and management
- Ponctual and good management skills highly important
- Focus and ensure Client Satisfaction
- Ensure a good communication with customer and management incuding support cordinator
- Ensure the sales objective to be attends as being part of the team
- send proposal to customer and do the follow up
- Possesses profeciency in technology and computer skills for work in marketing, leads management, networking and software tools.
