We are recruiting IT Technicians who are willing to learn and grow through an enriching career path:

You will enjoy :
- 2 months on the job training
- Working within a real team
- Going through server and applications verification and updates
- Learn and go through database exports in respect of well defined procedures
- Discover and work with Unix/Microsoft servers, networks softwares and tools, about scripts

RESPONSIBILITIES : WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Responsibilities :
 Guarantee our customers and technical teams, constant system quality.
 Analyze and monitor dashboards
 Intervene upon detection of problems,
 Alert concerned services in case of breakdowns,
 Communicate to customers and stakeholders about updates,
 Determine the importance of problems and act accordingly, within procedures.
 Respect escalation points in case of issues and conflict.

Enjoying Problem solving situations
SC or HSC Holders with or without degree or diploma
A+ , N+ Holders
Those who practice a lot on their computer at home (OS installation, trying servers configuration/ virtual Box...)
Who are able to learn by themselves
