Technician cum Vending Officer

Requirement: 1. NTC 2 or above or any other Technical qualification. 2. Driving licence

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall management of vending machines which includes Repairs & Maintenance, cleaning and replenishment at client sites.

Duties

1. Ensure the cleaning of vending machines and replenishment of products.
2. Repair and Maintain Machine in good running condition.
3. Maintain records of products placed in the vending machines for proper tracking. Device such as tablets or any other means, manually or electronically, may be placed at your disposal to enable proper record.
4. Ensure and maintain accurate records of cash collected from the vending machines.
5. Ensure the tallying and reconciliation of cash collection from vending machine with products placed in same.
6. Keep and maintain a log of machine malfunctions and arrange for repairs as and when required.
7. Ensure you are well groomed and provide good customer service skills at client sites.
8. Perform any other cognate duties related to vending machine.
