Responsible for the direct sales of industrial heating solutions, including supply, installation, and maintenance of boilers and refractory systems and for the development of the customer portfolio and the growth of the technical department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the industrial heating solutions sector (boilers, refractories, steam systems, incinerators, etc.).
- Identify and prospect potential new clients in the market.
- Develop commercial proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate and finalise sales contracts for industrial projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects (supply,
- installation, and maintenance).
- Actively participate in the development strategy of the technical department, providing
- feedback from the field and collaborating with the engineering team.
- Conduct market studies and analyze customer needs to propose innovative solutions.
- Maintain and nurture existing clients by offering high-quality after-sales services.
- Achieve the sales targets set by management.
Required Skills:
- Experience in selling industrial solutions, ideally in the heating or thermal management sector.
- Strong knowledge of industrial heating technologies (boilers, incinerators, steam systems).
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to understand the technical aspects of the solutions offered.
- Client-oriented approach with the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or related field.
- Specialization in mechatronics, thermal engineering, or industrial process engineering would be a strong advantage.
- Additional training in commercial management or technical sales is a plus.
