We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to promote and sell Drymix products within the construction industry. This role involves working with customers, identifying sales opportunities, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Drymix products to contractors, masons, hardware stores, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address technical and commercial needs of new and existing customers.
- Visit prospects, follow up on sales leads, and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies and develop action plans to increase sales.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and effective problem-solving.
- Ensure safety and health standards are strictly followed on all projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the construction sector.
- A diploma in Sales/Marketing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, product knowledge, and IT systems.
- Excellent customer service, negotiating, and organizational skills.
