Technical Project Manager (Engineering/Technical Focus)

This role oversees the execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical requirements.

Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, budget, and timelines. This role requires strong technical expertise to manage cross-functional teams, oversee design and implementation, and resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define technical scope, and oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Technical Oversight: Lead technical teams, review designs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and resolve engineering issues.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify technical risks, allocate resources, manage project budget, and ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical documentation, prepare progress reports, and communicate technical updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure technical outputs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Experience: minimum 5 years in technical project management with a focus on engineering projects.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise. Proficiency in project management software 
• Certifications: PMP or relevant engineering certifications preferred.
