ABC Coach Works Ltd is looking for a Technical & Administrative Officer to assist the Workshop Manager in the day to day workshop operations.

 

Qualification & Knowledge

  • Diploma or any mechanical equivalent certificates
  • At least 1 - 2 years of  working experience in Automobile Environment
  • Good technical and mechanical knowledge
  • Well versed in IT
  • Holder of a valid car driving licence would be a plus

 Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of the workshop daily operations 
  • Ensure that work is being carried out as per scheduled and planning 
  • Provide assistance with regards to workshop technical issues
  • Prepares Technical Reports and management reports
  • Perform Warranty claim and Quality control
  • Assist in the management of team members in workshop
  • Remaining up-to-date with all manufacturers’ technical information
  • Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures and policies are respected

  • Well versed in MS Office and in the use of Technical tools
