ABC Coach Works Ltd is looking for a Technical & Administrative Officer to assist the Workshop Manager in the day to day workshop operations.
Qualification & Knowledge
- Diploma or any mechanical equivalent certificates
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Automobile Environment
- Good technical and mechanical knowledge
- Well versed in IT
- Holder of a valid car driving licence would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the workshop daily operations
- Ensure that work is being carried out as per scheduled and planning
- Provide assistance with regards to workshop technical issues
- Prepares Technical Reports and management reports
- Perform Warranty claim and Quality control
- Assist in the management of team members in workshop
- Remaining up-to-date with all manufacturers’ technical information
- Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures and policies are respected
