• Participate in day-to day credit management operations
• Ensure quality and timeliness, organise and manage team member's workload
• Identity, assess and prioritize risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality and timely services
• Drive and facillitate team meetings
• Provide on the job coaching for the team members
• Prepare reports
