Ecoasis is recruiting a Team Leader B2C!

 

To be responsible for the development of new property and b2c strategy of the company as well as sales of products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a sales & technical Team.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features.
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
  • Create a CRM system and track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Qualifcations, Profile, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  •  At least 2-4 years’ experience in the sales
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Able to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines.
  • Quick response for resolving operational issues.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
