Ecoasis is recruiting a Team Leader B2C!
To be responsible for the development of new property and b2c strategy of the company as well as sales of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a sales & technical Team.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
- Create a CRM system and track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Qualifcations, Profile, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in the sales
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Able to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines.
- Quick response for resolving operational issues.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
