Team Leader

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Team Leader who shall provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinate and oversee their workloads, provide support to ensure that the team delivers, monitor any issues and ensure targets.

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Team Leader who shall provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinate and oversee their workloads, provide support to ensure that the team delivers, monitor any issues and ensure targets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and maintain pipes, fittings and fixtures of drainage, heating and sanitary systems at various locations.
• Be familiar with Thermal & Acoustic insulation works.
• Review construction drawings and determine the types and quantity of materials required.
• Carry out Testing Procedures, including Pressure Hydraulic, Air, Leak, Ball, Camera Inspection and Full Moon Tests.
• Work with metal inert gas (MIG) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding sets.
• Maintain constant communication with the Coordination Team and the Superiors as applicable.
• Maintain all tools provided by the company in good working conditions.
• Attend quickly to emergency calls on equipment repair issues, as well as to after-work-hours calls.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• School certificate.
• NC 2 qualified.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position would be an advantage

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Familiarity with and capable of working with PVC, CPVC, PPR, PEX, HDPE, Copper, GMS, BMS.
• Possess good organization skills.
• Demonstrates strong Leadership skills.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to guide and to motivate a team.
• Holder of a valid driving licence.
