Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Team Leader to provide management to the team, coordinate and oversee their workloads, provide support to ensure that the team delivers, monitor any issues, and ensure targets, and quality standards are met.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan work schedule with the Engineer / Supervisor & Client.
• Issue materials / Consumables for proper execution of work.
• Execute works to the highest workmanship level on site.
• Reporting to be done on a daily basis to the Engineer / Supervisor.
• Prepare technician report after intervention.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure that all documents pertaining to the site have well been submitted for invoicing.
• Be available to work at odd hours.
• Any other cognate duties as instructed by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Higher National Diploma or DUST or BSc in Electro-Mechanical field
• Any other qualifications acceptable to the management.
• Experience electro-mechanical field
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
