Talent Acquisition Officer - Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa

Paradis & Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer which will be responsible for the Recruitment process of both Hotels.

Job Duties :

• Develops and implements sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions;
• Participates in job fairs and other networking events to promote the organization and attracts potential candidates;
• Conducts initial candidate screening and pre-screening interviews;
• Schedules and coordinates interviews;
• Manages the candidate pipeline and provides regular updating to the Regional People & Culture Manager;
• Negotiates job offers and coordinates the onboarding process for new hiring;
• Monitors artisans’ life cycle to promote the Beachcomber Artisan Experience;
• Stays up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.

 Candidate Profile:

• Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or other relevant fields of studies;
• Sound knowledge of Sicorax / Vipertex Software;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders;
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and tight deadline;
• High ethical standards;
• Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
