The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.

 

This role will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent while enhancing the organisation’s employer value proposition. By leveraging data-driven insights, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing strategies, the Talent Acquisition Manager will build a strong talent pipeline that supports business growth. Additionally, this role will champion a seamless candidate experience, lead a recruitment team, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive workforce planning, diversity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals.
  • Use data and market insights to drive workforce planning, talent forecasting, and strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on talent challenges and opportunities.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Leverage HRIS and data analytics to track key talent metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Use workforce analytics to assess hiring effectiveness, talent gaps, and future workforce needs.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior management on recruitment and retention trends.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring and workforce planning.
  • Ensure fair and unbiased recruitment practices to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Promote an inclusive work environment that fosters engagement and belonging.
  • Continuously review and enhance recruitment policies, procedures, and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review deliverables, set objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and provide guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment practices and selection methodologies.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing talent strategies within a financial services environment.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, including leadership positions.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • People management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic talent initiatives.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and methodologies for candidate evaluation.
