Talent Acquisition Lead

Rogers Capital Management Services Ltd is looking for Talent Acquisition Lead who will manage full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding process.

Your Role

Work with Human Resource Business Partner’s, internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
Design and implement hiring process according to business needs and best practices.
Provide consultation & training to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on the best practices and sourcing trends.
Prepare reports on hiring performance to key stakeholders
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Identify and actively participate in external eminence activities to build the Rogers Capital brand
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities.
Update trackers appropriately for search tracking and reporting purposes

Your Profile

At least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in HR or related fields
Able to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Technology sector.
Well versed with social media & other professional networks.
Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter, in a dynamic and evolving work culture
