As the Treasury Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
financial resources of the group are effectively managed to support business operations, while minimizing financial
risk and optimizing returns, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or a master's degree in finance may be preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in treasury management, finance, or related roles.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Effective communication skills to interact within the group’s internal team, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed financial decisions.
- Ability to negotiate and establish relationships with financial institutions, investment banks, and other relevant partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues.
