Shibani Finance Co Ltd (SFMC) is a private company, incorporated in Mauritius. The main activities of the company consist essentially in the trading of foreign currencies in Notes, Telegraphic Transfer in all major currencies and global money transfer services with Western Union.

Shibani Finance Co Ltd (SFMC) is a private company, incorporated in Mauritius. The main activities of the company consist essentially in the trading of foreign currencies in Notes, Telegraphic Transfer in all major currencies and global money transfer services with Western Union. There is an extensive network of retail branches throughout the island. We are recuiting Tellers around the island.

MAIN DUTIES 

(i)   Buy and sell foreign currencies.

(ii)   Carry out Western Union Transactions

(iii)   Inform customers about foreign currency regulations.

(iv)   Compute transaction for currency exchange.

(v)    Track, record, report, and store information related to transactions and customers,

        ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.

(vi)   Generate appropriate reports for transactions.

(vii)   Handle transactions and ensure confidentiality of information.

(viii)  Forecast and order supply of cash and foreign currency to meet customer’s daily

 requirements from main branch.

 (ix)   Promote and market products and services of the Company

 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Higher School Certificate
• At least 1 year working experience

  Skills

• Dynamic and highly motivated with high integrity and professionalism
• Excellent Communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and French
• Good customer care.
• Team player with a good interaction with colleagues
• Ability to analyse and solve problem.
