TEAM LEADER - CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a Team Leader, you will be the contact point for all your team members. Your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

• Ability to organize and prioritize work, with multitasking skills
• SAP experience
• Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result-oriented.
• Ability to Research and understand VWR terminology
• Strong Internal client interfacing skills across global locations
• Computer skills with proficiency in  MS Office Word, Excel, and Access
• Fluent in English and French, any other European language is an asset
• Degree in Management or experience in team leading is a plus
