As a Team Leader, you will be the contact point for all your team members.
Your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Monitor day-to day team operation
- Conduct daily huddles
- Support to the team and delegate work based on the skill set of
each individual team member - Share best practices and issues with piers
- Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed their goals
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict
- Assist management with hiring processes and new team members
- Conduct team meeting to update members on best practices
and continuous improvement - Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Participate on Center wide projects
- Drive a uniform approach throughout the center

- Ensure Team KPIs are met, exceeded and aligned with Customer
and Business Owner requirements |
- Ensure all team members follow the compliance of all Policies
- Conduct one to one on a monthly basis

- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Access
- Fluent in English and French, any other European language is an asset
- Degree in Management or experience in team leading is a plus
