System and Network Administrator

Amaris is looking for a System and Network Administrator

Job Description
• Installation, maintenance and configuration the IT infrastructure
• Provide support in hardware and software issues and make needed upgrades and repairs
• Monitor database systems and ensure it is running well
• Provide trend analysis to service management team
• Knowledge and administration skills on Linux systems (Red Hat, Debian) and on Windows systems (desktop & server)
• Experience in Vmware virtualisation, KVM Hyper V, network administration, firewalls and VPN
• Experience in Oracle Database Administration and in managing multiple RDBMS on large systems
• Knowledge of opensource products, Nagios, Zabbix, OCS Inventory, Redmine and GLPI
• Fast learner and good analytical skills

Ideal candidate
•Degree in IT or any related field
•Experience of 3 years in a similar role
•Bilingual in French and in English (Both written & spoken)
