Sustainability Coordinator

We are actively looking for a highly motivated reliable and trustworthy Sustainability Coordinator who will work closely with current team in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage sustainability programs and initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis of ESG trends, regulations, and standards, and make recommendations to senior management.
Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators in line with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ESG initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the business.
Manage ESG data collection and analysis and oversee the ESG reportings and disclosures.
Liaise with stakeholders and external partners on sustainability- related matters.
Identify and assess ESG-related risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop and implement ESG communication plans to promote
Coordinate sustainability-related training and education programs for employees.

Qualifications and experience:

Degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or related field
At least three year’s work experience in a communications or sustainability focused role
Knowledge or experience in an FMCG context or environmental oriented NGO will be an advantage

Other Pre-requisites:

Ability to develop long-term sustainability strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize complex information
Strong coordination and project management skills
Strong inter-personal, written, and verbal communication skills; experience liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
Computer literate and at ease with Microsoft Office tools
Enthusiasm for discovering and implementing new sustainability practices and technologies
