C-Care is currently looking for a Supply Chain Officer to be based at C-Care Corporate office.
Supply Chain Officer
Reporting to the Head of SCM , the selected candidate be working with the team to assist in data management, importing and follow-up of catalogue compliance with BUs.
What you will be doing?
· Acknowledge requisition orders from different business units, organize the logistics across C-Care and ensure proper coordination with internal stakeholders (pharmacy, stores) and external (freight forwarder, external warehouse).
· Follow-up of deliveries from external warehouse to business units.
· Organize monthly inventories of external warehouse and ensure very low discrepancies.
· Participate in business units’ adherence to imported items (samples follow up).
· Assist in keeping catalogue up to date.
· Follow-up of catalogue compliance with business units.
· Promote continuous improvement.
· Reduce imported items out of stock.
· Run the monthly reorder file and analyse stock levels. Discuss with imports procurement officer for purchase request.
· Raising purchase request PR and GRN with respect to imported items.
· Following up and filing of all item creation request forms on intranet shared folder.
· Continuous cleansing of master data (Standardize, harmonize, duplicate & obsolete removal).
· Under supervision of the masterdata officer; act as backup for:
Item creation, center wise mapping, tolerance level adjustment and set mark up.
What are we looking for?
· Educational background – at least a Diploma.
· Working experience – at least two years working in Supply Chain and Stock Management or warehousing environment
· Skills – attention to detail; time management; conscientious; team player; basic computer skills esp. MS Word and Excel
