This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Admin/Assistant located in Saint Pierre, Moka. The Supply Chain Admin will ensure administrative tasks for different Supply Chain departments and work in strong collaboration with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Sales Administration of Corporate online sales:
○ Enter and tracking customer orders.
○ Internal coordination between sales, production, logistics, and accounting teams.
○ Prepare invoices and credit notes.
○ Respond to sales representatives' requests for information.
Supply Planning administration:
○ Enter purchase orders for stock.
Supply Chain reporting support (Logistics, Warehouse, Demand & Supply Planning):
○ Provide assistance to extract data
○ Help to prepare KPI and report.
Data creation: raw materials, vendors, items, etc.
