Storekeeper - Distilling

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock of raw and finished products
• Oversee all the deliveries
• Ensure delivery team members adhere to the health and safety regulation
• Prepare sales and production reports
• Liaise with customs team 
• Maintain a deep understanding of regulations governing the production and sale of distilled spirits
• Manage scheduling of raw materials from suppliers to support production
• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures
• Oversee the inventory of raw material/finished products and ensure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
• Perapre documents such as bills,packing list and shipping certificates
• Blending of denatured alcohol
• Monitor Purchasing of Spare Parts and Chemicals
• EnsureLogistics Planning
• Preparation of export documents for customs purposes

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC
• Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
• 3 years’ experience in similar job would be an advantage
• Computer literate
