Store Supervisor

To ensure success as a store supervisor, you should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, and excellent communication skills. Store Supervisors are natural leaders with excellent business management skills and a passion for customer service.

Store Supervisor Responsibilities:

1. Supervise store functions across all Quality Beverages Ltd locations
2. Take deliveries of all incoming materials and reconcile with Purchase Orders;
3. Ensure timely issue of stock items across multifunctional departments and process entries on the system in a timely manner
4. Track documents & resolve any discrepancies on received orders;
5. Ensure accuracy  of the inventory by updating  records of frequent  physical stock inventory;
6. Manage Inventory and ensure they are within established minimum and maximum permissible levels;
7. Keep up to date records of receipts and withdrawal from stock;
8. Proper filing and recordings;
9. yDefects, damaged stock management as per company polic
10. Preparation of stock reports
11. Preparation of risks reports;
12. Disposal of expired / obsolete stock as per company policy
13. Manage FEFO / FIFO
14. Ensure all store operations comply with the health and safety regulations
15. Ensure regular housekeeping and tidiness across all store locations including container(s) which are used to keep stock
16. Perform any other cognate duties as delegated by superiors like heavy weightlifting, support in forklift tasks.
