Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Store Clerk for its Parts After Sales department.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the reception and delivery of parts as per established procedures
- To ensure that parts are properly classified and the warehouse is clean and tidy at all times
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proper organisation of the warehouse prior to arrival of consignment
- Close verification of incoming consignment upon receipt
- Classification of parts in their respective bins
- Identify urgent parts upon receipt and to deliver to workshop in a timely manner
- Regular monitoring of all parts within the warehouse
- To investigate about missing parts
- Perform timely shipment and follow up
- Ensure that parts are properly and safely displayed
- Pressing of number plates as per information provided by the workshop and/or the front counter sales
- Maintain a proper standard of cleanliness throughout the warehouse
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- HSC
- A qualification in Storekeeping would constitute a definite advantage
- A previous experience in a warehouse environment is a must
- Valid driving license
