Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Store Clerk for its Parts After Sales department.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for the reception and delivery of parts as per established procedures
  • To ensure that parts are properly classified and the warehouse is clean and tidy at all times

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proper organisation of the warehouse prior to arrival of consignment
  • Close verification of incoming consignment upon receipt
  • Classification of parts in their respective bins
  • Identify urgent parts upon receipt and to deliver to workshop in a timely manner
  • Regular monitoring of all parts within the warehouse
  • To investigate about missing parts
  • Perform timely shipment and follow up
  • Ensure that parts are properly and safely displayed
  • Pressing of number plates as per information provided by the workshop and/or the front counter sales
  • Maintain a proper standard of cleanliness throughout the warehouse

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:   

  • HSC
  • A qualification in Storekeeping would constitute a definite advantage
  • A previous experience in a warehouse environment is a must
  • Valid driving license

  • Computer literate
