Job Purpose
The job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive, maintain and ensure the distribution of the materials / spare parts.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain security and control of storeroom and storage areas
- Receive and inspect all items against the purchase order
- Perform cycle counts
- Assist customers and employees for any spare parts requests/queries
- Process and follow-up to Customers’ requests/queries and provide prompt feedback
- Prepare documents for delivery
- Prepare goods for delivery
- Prepare reports
- Maintain cleanliness of store
Requirements
- SC or HSC
- A minimum 2 years work experience in the relevant field
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail orientated
- Ability to following through on issues in a timely manner
- Able to work independently as well as a part of team
