Job Purpose The job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive, maintain and ensure the distribution of the materials / spare parts.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain security and control of storeroom and storage areas
  • Receive and inspect all items against the purchase order
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Assist customers and employees for any spare parts requests/queries
  • Process and follow-up to Customers’ requests/queries and provide prompt feedback
  • Prepare documents for delivery
  • Prepare goods for delivery
  • Prepare reports
  • Maintain cleanliness of store
Requirements
  • SC or HSC
  • A minimum 2 years work experience in the relevant field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to following through on issues in a timely manner
  • Able to work independently as well as a part of team
