We are looking for a meticulous Stock Controller to manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.

Job Description

• Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and place orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage and resolve stock issues such as discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
• Liaise with the Store Department to follow up on stock items, transfers, and replenishment.
• Help the team during the tendering stage by providing accurate stock information and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of stock, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement inventory control measures.
• Analyze inventory data, trends, and stock movements to optimize storage and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth stock flow and warehouse operations

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) would constitute an advantage and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
