Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
- Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
- Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies and check chemical inventory
- Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
- Dispose of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and Adhere to recycling and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
- Clean and maintain floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.
- Consistently adhere to SGS requirements related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace.
Candidate’s Profile:
- •Have at least 2 years of experience in similar role
- •Ability to Multitask
- •Good communication skills
- •Attention to Detail
- •Knowledge and proficiency to operate industrial dish washers.
- •Be flexible to work on a shift system
