We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Growth and Pricing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring effective forecasting and promotional performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Monitor category profitability and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve growth targets.
  • Pricing Strategy: Analyze market price positioning and take action to adjust pricing when required to maintain competitiveness.
  • Forecasting & Stock Management: Forecast product demand and manage stock levels, working closely with logistics to ensure optimal inventory. Develop and adjust depletion plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Promotional Effectiveness: Evaluate the ROI of promotional activities, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends and competitor behavior to identify potential risks and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve portfolio and brand objectives while ensuring seamless execution of pricing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for suppliers and brands, tracking performance, market trends, and identifying risks and opportunities. Provide the Marketing and Sales teams with actionable insights and corrective recommendations based on monthly performance.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with direct reports, managers, and peers across the organization.
  • Best Practices & Continuous Improvement: Consolidate lessons learned and best practices to optimize future performance and drive efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in revenue growth, pricing management, forecasting, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to market changes and implement effective strategies quickly.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting-cost/management accounting
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting & analytics
  • Must be organised and willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures and work as a team
  • Ability to pro-act
  • Taking ownership on responsibilities and focusing on high end results
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerBI
