RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests and present treatment card, proposing specialities and promoting sales
Perform mise en place of treatment room to ensure readiness of treatment room to accommodate guests
Ensure treatment and/or therapy programme following fiches techniques and SOPs
Anticipate guests' needs and attend to provide assistance
Converse with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions, welcome them on departure
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage
Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to work flexible hours
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both English and French
Preference will be given to candidates living in the Southern Region
