Provide professional spa treatments and product advices to guest in respect of standards of Hotel and Spa attitude

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attends daily briefing and receives instruction from supervisors and managers covering the daily planning of the Spa that he/she is assigned to work for
  • Involve in all marketing operations
  • Report any maintenance problem in treatments rooms or in public area
  • Immediately inform superior of any guest complain
  • To provide the highest level of quality service to our guests ensuring high levels of comfort and customer services always met
  • Ensure health and safety and procedures are respected
  • Provide attention and service to guests as per hotel and Spa attitude standards
  • Performs set up of treatment rooms, laboratory, relaxation area and Spa facilities as instructed by immediate superiors.
  • Re set up treatment rooms after each guest
  • Ensure specific maintenance/cleaning/hygiene of materials and all Spa areas.
  • Perform all spa attitude treatments according to protocols.
  • Respect all procedures as per SOP
  • Ensure reception responsibilities in the absence of receptionist /senior therapist (invoices, consultations, reports, inventories…)
  • Provide efficient products and treatment advices to guests after treatments or any request from the guest.
  • Strictly respect the recipe and dosage of products for the treatments to avoid wastage
  • Strictly respect the “cost management” action plan submitted by the Spa manager / assistant
  • Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
  • Motivated to reach targets and achieve revenue goals.

  • Appear confident, well groomed and dressed in a smart casual manner
  • Personality: warm, welcoming and pleasant

  • Excellent client care, guest service and attention to detail
  • Creative and Innovative
  • Hands-on approach to all operational aspects

Qualification

  • Proven relevant working experience
  • Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
  • Experience in sales will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Communication and customer service skills Positive attitude
