Expectation: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As the second-in-command in the kitchen, you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and ensure quality and consistency in every dish. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and contributing to menu development.
