As a Software Engineer for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you will play a key role in identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline repetitive business processes.
DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
KPA 1: RPA Solutions Design & Implementation • Identify opportunities for automation by analyzing existing business processes. • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. • Ensure RPA solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. • Perform rigorous testing and validation of automation processes before deployment. • Integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
KPA2: CrossFunctional Collaboration • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and automation needs. • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to team members throughout the RPA development lifecycle. • Ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
KPA 3: Data Integrity and Accuracy • Implement rigorous validation and error-handling mechanisms to maintain data integrity within automated workflows. • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed RPA solutions to ensure consistent accuracy and performance.
KPA 4: Continuous Learning and Innovation • Stay current with advancements in RPA tools, technologies, and best practices. • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements and innovative automation opportunities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA development standards, methodologies, and frameworks.
KPA 5: Documentation • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in processes and solutions.
KPA 6: Performance Monitoring and Optimization • Continuously monitor the performance of RPA solutions and identify opportunities for optimization. • Refine and enhance existing bots to improve efficiency and reduce errors. • Implement performance tracking mechanisms to measure the impact and ROI of automation solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA tools. • Proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using tools like UiPath. • Experience with process analysis, workflow design, and automation deployment.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
