Software Developer – UI Path & Power Platform

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business applications using Power Apps. • Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate. • Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide business insights. • Develop and optimize data models within Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL databases. • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Power Platform applications. • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, and third-party systems. • Document business requirements and technical designs to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. 

• Documentation & Training • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, workflows, and deployment guides. • Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to business users and IT teams on Power Platform solutions. • Regularly update documentation to reflect new changes and enhancements. 

• Performance Monitoring and Optimization • Monitor the performance and health of Power Platform applications, ensuring optimal efficiency. • Optimize existing solutions to improve responsiveness, user experience, and reliability. • Implement monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms to proactively address performance bottlenecks. 

• Governance, Security, and Compliance • Ensure Power Platform solutions comply with IT security, governance, and compliance standards. • Implement proper authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC) in Power Platform solutions. 

• Continuous Learning and Innovation • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features, tools, and industry best practices. • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Advocate for and implement best practices for low-code/no-code development. 

• QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, including Microsoft Power Platform. • Proven experience in developing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. • Strong experience in data modelling, connectors, and integration with enterprise systems. 

• MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Computer S²cience, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business needs and propose innovative solutions. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders effectively. • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, or other database technologies. • Understanding of Power Platform ALM and DevOps best practices. • Experience with custom connectors, API integrations, and PowerShell scripting is a plus. • Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
