Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-profile paid social media campaigns across multiple networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and more. From planning to implementation, optimization, and reporting, you will ensure campaigns achieve the client’s objectives.
- Actively manage and optimize paid campaigns to reach client goals, whether focused on engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach, or frequency.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, images/videos, and funnels to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
- Ensure ads reach target audiences effectively while maintaining cost efficiency through high-quality channels and the lowest possible costs.
- Monitor and report key metrics such as impressions, reach, click-through rates, engagements, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and track ROI metrics for optimal results.
- Proactively communicate campaign updates and status reports to internal teams, as well as French clients or teams based in France.
- Suggest adjustments to the social media marketing strategy based on data analysis, industry trends, and performance insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and strategies in social media and paid media marketing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance metrics.
- Ability to communicate campaign status and results effectively, particularly to French clients or teams.
- Experience with social media ad tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.).
Fluency in French would be a plus.
