Which tasks can you expect?

As Smart Automation Consultant you will be:

• Creating VBA automation tools to streamline processes of creating custom reports
• Maintaining all automation tools we already have (mainly VBA in Excel)
• Helping payroll specialists in implementing new customers. This includes migrating customer data to our payroll engine, creating custom reports, automating the process.
• Taking part in establishing efficient processes during implementation
• Leading end to end process of creating automation tools, including analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation
• Identifying opportunities to implement VBA automation tools to decrease manual work and increase accuracy.

What do you have to offer?

• Advanced Excel and VBA skills are crucial, this includes ability to create and maintain comprehensive macros, UDF, conditional formatting, complicated formulas.
• Good time management skills
• Customer oriented mindset
• Proven background on MS Excel VBA programming
• Knowledge of any other programming language might be an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Power Automate or any RPA technology is an advantage
• Professional English language skills.
