We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team and drive sales by providing expert advice and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert guidance on our range of products and solutions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on technical specifications.
• Prepare quotations, process sales transactions, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and technical aspects.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and showroom performance goals.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom display, ensuring it is attractive and well-organised.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales and customer service.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

Technical knowledge of swimming pools, water treatment, irrigation, or related products is a plus.
